Tata Trusts Respond to N Chandrasekaran's Decision to Step Down

N Chandrasekaran, the Chairman of Tata Sons, announced his decision not to pursue another term after his current tenure ends on February 20, 2027. This decision was made following the failure of his reappointment proposal to gain unanimous support.

In response, the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust (SDTT) stated that his decision should be respected and has initiated the process to appoint a successor for Chandrasekaran as chairman of Tata Sons.
