Traffic accidents result in multiple casualties in Brazil and Portugal
A series of recent traffic accidents have led to several fatalities and injuries across various roads.

Four people died and six were injured after an accident involving a van and a car on the BR-163 in Itaquiraí on the afternoon of Friday (19). The collision occurred at kilometer 72 of the highway, and among the deceased are Odair Torres and Edimarcia Oliveira, as well as Jildson Vera Martins and Edimilson Lopes, according to information from g1.
Two people also lost their lives in an accident between a truck and a car on the BR-230 in Juazeirinho, Paraíba, on the morning of Saturday (19). The accident took place at kilometer 234 of the road, as reported by the Federal Highway Police (PRF). The identities of the victims have not been disclosed.
In Cariacica, in Greater Vitória, five people were injured in a rollover on the Rodovia do Contorno. The incident occurred on the morning of Saturday (19), around 5:15 AM, at kilometer 287 of the highway. One of the victims sustained serious injuries, while the others suffered moderate injuries.

In Coruche, Portugal, a mishap involving a vehicle from the Canha Volunteer Firefighters resulted in four injuries, one of whom is in serious condition. The accident happened around 3:00 PM on National Road 251, near Coruche, according to reports from Observador.
Another accident, also in Coruche, involving a vehicle from the corporation, has been confirmed by several sources, including RTP and Observador. The severity of the injuries of one of the firefighters was highlighted, with no additional details on the conditions of the others involved.
Finally, on the RJ-151 in Rio das Flores, a driver was injured after a collision between a passenger car and a truck. The accident occurred on the night of Friday (18) at kilometer 35 of the highway, according to information from the Highway Patrol Battalion (BPRv). The team was called to provide support to the injured at the scene.
