Tropical Depression Neneng Develops in Philippine Area of Responsibility
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration reports the formation of Tropical Depression Neneng, impacting weather in Luzon.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) announced that a low-pressure area (LPA) in the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) has developed into a tropical depression named Neneng. According to their advisory, as of 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Neneng was located approximately 1,035 kilometers east of the country.
Despite a slight weakening, Tropical Depression Neneng continues to influence the weather patterns in the region. The depression is currently enhancing the southwest monsoon, resulting in significant rainfall across various areas.

Reports indicate that 18 locations in Luzon are experiencing heavy rainfall due to the ongoing effects of the monsoon, which is being enhanced by Tropical Depression Neneng. The weather system is noted to affect local conditions, contributing to increased precipitation in these areas.
The situation regarding Tropical Depression Neneng remains under monitoring, with Pagasa providing ongoing updates to track its development and impact on the region.
