The administration of U.S. President Donald Trump has decided to change the vaccination policy for children by reducing the number of recommended vaccines. Fewer vaccines are to be recommended, and the use of combination vaccines will be eliminated.
These measures contradict the rising case numbers as well as existing scientific evidence. Despite health warnings, the new policy continues, which has become a point of contention in the public sphere.
