Anil Jha and Abhay Patil sustained minor injuries in an accident involving their SUV in Delhi.

On Sunday evening, an out-of-control car crashed into an SUV carrying two Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) near the Public Works Department (PWD) office in Delhi. The accident occurred around 9:30 PM when a Swift car crossed a divider and collided head-on with the Innova carrying the MLAs Anil Jha from Kirari and Abhay Patil from Karnataka. According to reports, the collision followed an explosion of a CNG cylinder in the Swift, which caused the vehicle to veer out of control.
Both Anil Jha and Abhay Patil suffered minor injuries as a result of the incident. Following the crash, they were promptly transported to LNJP Hospital for medical observation. Officials confirmed that the two MLAs were stable after the incident and were receiving appropriate care at the hospital.
Emergency services, including the Fire Brigade, were dispatched to manage the situation following the crash. The collision caused significant damage to both vehicles involved in the incident and necessitated immediate assistance from emergency responders.

Witnesses indicated that the impact of the collision was severe, raising concerns about public safety in the area. The accident has drawn attention to the need for ongoing traffic management and safety measures, particularly in busy regions like ITO, where the collision took place.
Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and the factors that led to the accident, including the initial explosion of the CNG cylinder in the Swift. Further details may emerge as the investigation continues.
