The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee voted to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci in contempt of Congress on Thursday. This decision came after Fauci did not respond to questions regarding his handling of the Covid-19 pandemic during a previous hearing.
The committee's vote means that it will refer Fauci for possible prosecution over his refusal to answer those questions.
