Zelensky announces monthly missile shipments from the U.S.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the United States has agreed to supply missiles for Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine on a monthly basis. This announcement comes amid ongoing conflicts in which Russia has increasingly deployed missiles and drones against Ukraine.

According to Zelensky, more than 61 missile launches were recorded in the past week, with 56 of these attacks occurring on ballistic trajectories. This highlights the ongoing military confrontations between the two countries.

Additionally, American companies such as Raytheon and Lockheed Martin have expressed concerns over the possibility that Ukraine, if granted a license, could produce Patriot missiles more quickly and at a lower cost.
