Le club de football autrichien Sturm Graz a vendu le défenseur Jeyland Mitchell. Le transfert vers le Racing Strasbourg en France s'effectue pour un montant de huit millions d'euros, ce qui représente un montant record pour un défenseur.
Selon Michael Parensen, ce transfert fixe de nouvelles normes économiques pour le club. Mitchell avait rejoint Sturm Graz il y a à peine un an et quitte maintenant le club après une courte période.
