Albert Heijn has announced that it will resume regular deliveries of all fresh products to stores starting Wednesday evening. This follows a cybersecurity incident that affected the company since Sunday, leading to significant disruptions in supply.

In various outlets, empty shelves were seen in recent days, particularly for fresh items like vegetables and fruit. Customers experienced limitations in the availability of these products in the stores.

According to updates from the supermarket chain, deliveries of both non-perishable and fresh products have now been fully resumed across the country. Albert Heijn reports that the situation may vary by store, with some still having empty shelves, but expects these to decrease throughout the day.

Despite the improvements in supply, it is still not possible to order online. Furthermore, Albert Heijn's website remains inaccessible during this period, making it difficult for customers to access their services.

The cyber incident has led to various reports about product shortages. Some locations felt the impact on their inventory, while others were able to receive more stock following the resumption of deliveries.

Albert Heijn continues to work on resolving the remaining issues, including the unavailability of online orders. The chain keeps customers updated on the progress and availability of products in stores.
