An appeals court in the United States has prohibited the construction of Trump’s planned ballroom, which was to be erected next to the White House. Preservationists successfully filed a lawsuit that resulted in the construction ban.
According to Süddeutsche Zeitung, the court demands that Congress decide on the project. President Trump has already announced plans to appeal the ruling to the Supreme Court.
