Federal police arrest three in operation against fake diploma sales in MG
Federal police detained three people in Montes Claros for involvement in the sale of fake medical diplomas.

The Federal Police in Montes Claros, Minas Gerais, launched Operation Canudo on Wednesday, October 12, targeting a scheme involving the sale of fake diplomas and other academic documents. These documents were used to facilitate the admission or transfer of students into medical courses.
During the operation, four search and seizure warrants were executed, along with three arrest warrants against the suspects. The court orders were carried out at locations connected to the individuals involved in the scheme.
The operation is part of ongoing efforts to combat fraud in the Brazilian education system, especially in high-demand areas like medicine.
