French firefighters requested to assist in Riglos wildfire (Huesca)
A protocol has been activated to obtain help from French firefighters due to the wildfire in Riglos affecting Monte Oroel.

The wildfire in Riglos, Huesca, has led to the activation of the mechanism to request support from French firefighters. According to available information, resources from this country are expected to be deployed to help contain the fire.
Currently, around one thousand personnel have been mobilized in the area affected by the wildfire, including about a hundred French firefighters. Conditions during the night have proven favorable for combating the flames.
However, the Government of Aragón has raised concerns regarding Monte Oroel, with over 16,600 hectares already scorched and the fire moving northwest, prompting the issuance of an 'Es alert' advising against excursions in the area.
