Health Ministry calls on communities to send vaccines to Ceuta
The Health Ministry will meet with autonomous communities to establish a solidarity mechanism for vaccines in response to the situation in Ceuta.

The Health Ministry has urgently summoned the autonomous communities for a meeting on Monday to discuss the supply of vaccines to Ceuta. This meeting comes in a context that necessitates an immediate approach to vaccination in the city.
The meeting is scheduled for 12:00 PM, and the only item on the agenda will be the "solidarity mechanism for vaccines in relation to the situation in Ceuta," according to sources from El Mundo, confirmed by ABC.
The aim is to send vaccines against diseases such as chickenpox, poliomyelitis, tetanus, and diphtheria, with a particular focus on the immigrant population residing in Ceuta.

Under the direction of Mónica García, the ministry will also send a delegation to the city to coordinate the vaccination process and ensure that assistance reaches those who need it most.
This initiative arises in response to the current health situation in Ceuta, where urgent needs have been identified in terms of immunization.
The meeting at the Public Health Commission aims to activate this solidarity mechanism and establish a clear plan for vaccine distribution. The development of these actions will be crucial in addressing health concerns in the region.
