Israel's Defense Minister Katz has again addressed the possibility of relocating the Palestinian population in the Gaza Strip. This comes amid a growing debate regarding the future policies of the Israeli government.

Katz emphasized that the country is prepared to undertake these relocations, but that the consent of the United States is a prerequisite. These conditions raise questions about international cooperation.

Itamar Ben Gvir, Israel's National Security Minister, has presented a specific plan that envisions the relocation of up to 250,000 Palestinians in an initial phase. Reports suggest that over the next six years, the entire population of around two million people could be relocated from Gaza.

Ben Gvir published a 20-page brochure outlining how the relocation of Palestinians should be organized. These proposals have found support among certain sectors of the political landscape, particularly within far-right circles.

The presentation of these plans comes at a time of upcoming elections in Israel, increasing political pressure on the ministries. Critics have already expressed concerns that such measures could be seen as a violation of human rights.

The vocal support from government circles raises serious questions about the future of the Gaza Strip and the human rights of its residents. However, there have been no formal final decisions from the Israeli government regarding this step.
