The Juvenile Court of L'Aquila has issued a new order regarding the reunification of three children with their parents. The decision entails a staged approach, involving social services to monitor the process.

Starting in October, the children will begin attending public school, marking the first step in their path to reuniting with their family. This approach will facilitate the gradual reintegration of the minors into family life.

Lawyer Pillon emphasized the importance of a gradual reunification, with the possibility of immediate daytime returns for the children already in Palmoli, prior to potential overnight stays on weekends.

The court indicated that the return home for the three children will occur progressively. The final phase of the process may include their definitive exit from the foster home.

The reunification of the children will be closely monitored, following the plan established by the court, to ensure the wellbeing of the minors during this transition.
