The proposed parliamentary inquiry committee (CPI) to investigate Luís Neves, former director of the Judiciary Police and current minister, will have the socialist delegation led by Marina Gonçalves, according to information from the PS.

André Ventura, leader of the Chega party, announced that he will chair this committee. He stated that the CPI will be conducted impartially and that all parties will have space and a voice in the investigation.

The choice of Marina Gonçalves to lead the PS delegation is a significant strategy for the party, reinforcing its involvement in overseeing the CPI.

Ventura, for his part, as chairman of the committee, will seek to ensure that all relevant points are addressed during the investigation's proceedings.

The dynamic between both leaderships may shape the progress and conclusions of the CPI, which aims to clarify issues surrounding Luís Neves's actions.
