The Federal Police (PF) analyzed text messages between Supreme Federal Court (STF) Minister Alexandre de Moraes and former banker Daniel Vorcaro, owner of the defunct Banco Master. These messages indicate that Vorcaro and Moraes met at least six times.

According to the PF report, communications took place via WhatsApp between March 2024 and August 2025, with Vorcaro's cell phone seized during Operation Compliance Zero. The dialogues reveal that Moraes provided his opinions on texts and vetoed the participation of guests at a legal forum that took place in London.

In one message, Vorcaro asked Moraes if he should attend an event, to which Moraes expressed his concern: "Do you think I should be out on Monday?" These interactions suggest a close relationship between the two.

Additionally, Vorcaro mentioned to a former Central Bank director, Paulo Sérgio Neves de Souza, that Moraes would "tighten up" Paulo, referring to another individual. This would demonstrate the influence that Moraes could have over matters involving other people.

Minister André Mendonça, also from the STF, requested a plenary session to discuss the messages showing communication between Moraes and Vorcaro. Mendonça seeks to debate the importance of these messages within the context of the ongoing investigation.

The dialogues discuss decisions regarding the forum's programming and confirm that Moraes and his wife, Viviane, were aware of and participated in the guest list, raising questions about the minister's influence in legal events. These details were revealed during the PF investigations.
