Minister Flávio Dino of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) has authorized the Federal Police (PF) to access information from an investigation conducted by the São Paulo Civil Police into the producer Go Up Entertainment. This producer is responsible for the film 'Dark Horse', a biopic of former President Jair Bolsonaro, who is affiliated with the PL.

According to reports, the operation by the Civil Police, which targeted the producer, involved the seizure of data associated with Karina Ferreira da Gama, one of the partners at Go Up Entertainment. Dino formally authorized the PF's access to the data in response to a request from the Federal Police.

Meanwhile, the film 'Dark Horse' recently received the Foreign Work Registration from the National Cinema Agency (Ancine), a preliminary step for its release in Brazil. This registration was granted on August 7, 2026.

Developments related to the production and the investigation have attracted significant attention. The notoriety of the film increased following the release of conversations involving figures connected to Jair Bolsonaro's political circle, including his son, Flávio Bolsonaro, and former banker Daniel Vorcaro.

The Civil Police investigation raises questions about the relationship between film production and campaign financing, although specific details have yet to be disclosed.

Dino's authorization for the PF to access the investigation data may influence the upcoming legal steps for both those involved in the production and the authorities responsible for overseeing their actions.
