Moraes and Dino order return of payments to judges
STF ministers determined that judges from seven courts must return payments deemed excessive.
The ministers of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Alexandre de Moraes and Flávio Dino, issued orders for the immediate return of payments considered excessive to judges from seven courts of justice, including magistrates from six states and the Federal District. The decision was published this Wednesday (12).
In addition to Moraes and Dino, ministers Gilmar Mendes and Cristiano Zanin also signed the orders aimed at the return of additional payments that exceed the amounts established by the STF. The ministers confirmed the need for these payments to be adjusted according to judicial guidelines.
