Owen Ansah, the 100-meter record holder and a hopeful for German athletics, could face a multi-year suspension. This emerges from reports by the National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA), which is suggesting corresponding measures due to a missed doping test in July.

According to information from tagesschau.de, the NADA has proposed a four-year suspension for the sprinter. This could mean that Ansah may also lose his titles at the German Championships.

Despite this alarming news, Ansah has announced, as reported by the Münchner Merkur, that he will fight against the impending suspension. He is expected to sprint for medals at the Athletics European Championships in a few days.
