The leader of the PCP, Paulo Raimundo, challenged the government to "dare" to "put its hand in the money" of Social Security. Raimundo described the recent study on Social Security as "clumsy" and "full of lies," accusing the government of using "puppets" to disseminate information on the matter, as reported by Público.

On the other hand, the PS accused the government of "instilling fear in people" with the report on the sustainability of Social Security. This criticism arises in response to reactions to the commissioned study and its interpretation concerning the future of this institution.

The divergent positions between the PCP and the PS reflect a growing tension in the debate over Social Security, as the involved parties continue to respond to the data presented in the study.
