Robbie Williams held his first concert in Lima on September 23, performing in front of 25,000 spectators at Arena 1 Park. During the event, some attendees expressed their dissatisfaction on social media regarding access issues at the venue.

The day after, the San Miguel Municipality announced the cancellation of the second show, scheduled for September 24, identifying security problems at the venue, including failures in evacuation routes and the closure of the Belén Bridge. These incidents led to the immediate closure of Arena 1, as reported by several media outlets.

The municipality's decision generated reactions among fans, who lamented the announcement through comments on social media. Some gathered outside the artist's hotel in Miraflores after the cancellation, hoping to see him.

In response to the situation, the regulatory body Indecopi demanded clarity from the event organizer regarding the information provided about the show's suspension and the procedures for possible refunds or rescheduling.

After the cancellation, Robbie Williams approached fans outside his hotel in Lima and performed an emotional a cappella rendition of some of his hits, providing a special moment for his supporters despite the adverse circumstances.

The municipality clarified the closure of Arena 1, reaffirming its decision in response to security concerns and confirming that there will be no rescheduling for the canceled date at this venue.
