On Monday, member countries of the Volunteers Coalition will meet in Kyiv to discuss the issues related to the intensification of Russian strikes. This meeting comes as attacks have increased, resulting in a record number of civilian casualties. Emmanuel Macron announced the sending of new interceptor missiles to support Ukraine, thereby strengthening military assistance.

At the same time, the European Union has announced a new tranche of military aid amounting to €6.1 billion for Ukraine. This measure aims to provide air defense equipment, which Kyiv deems essential in light of current threats.

The meeting, coinciding with the 35th anniversary of Ukraine's independence declaration, aims to reaffirm the participating nations' support for Ukraine. Various security issues will be discussed, including the need for enhanced defense cooperation.
