Abhishek Banerjee's Office Ransacked in Kolkata, TMC Alleges BJP Involvement
The office of TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee was ransacked early Thursday by masked men, who stole electronic devices, according to reports.

The office of Trinamool Congress (TMC) Member of Parliament Abhishek Banerjee in Kolkata was reportedly ransacked by masked individuals early Thursday around 4:30 a.m. CCTV footage shared by Banerjee showed several masked men inside the premises before they fled with electronic gadgets, including a television and other equipment.
Banerjee alleged that the police did not respond to the incident for at least two hours and indicated that he believes workers from the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) were responsible for the attack. Reports noted that the vandalism involved three to four masked individuals removing items from the office.
In response to the incident, the TMC has written to the President and the Governor of West Bengal, expressing concern over what they describe as 'utter lawlessness' following the attack on Banerjee's office.
