Ayuso government sells Chamberí penthouse for 6.7 million euros
The sale of the property coincides with the announcement of renovations at the Sol headquarters by the public company Planifica Madrid.
The Government of the Community of Madrid, led by Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has put a penthouse in Chamberí up for sale at a price of 6.7 million euros. The public company Planifica Madrid made this decision public on the Procurement Portal, where it has set a one-month deadline to find a buyer.
The sale represents an increase of nearly 400,000 euros compared to the purchase price of the property. In addition, the public company has announced that it is also in the process of liquidating four other properties located on Gran Vía, which are priced at a total of 11.8 million euros.
Alongside the sale of the penthouse, the start of renovations at the headquarters known as Sol has been announced, which had previously been used to justify the real estate operation related to the penthouse.
