PSOE in Madrid files complaint over apartment purchase in Chamberí with the Prosecutor's Office
PSOE has filed a complaint to investigate the purchase of an apartment in Chamberí by Planifica Madrid, citing possible offenses related to the acquisition.

PSOE in Madrid has filed a complaint with the Prosecutor's Office for Economic Crimes regarding the purchase of an apartment in Chamberí by the public company Planifica Madrid for 6.3 million euros. According to reports, the complaint is based on suspicions of administrative prevarication and misappropriation within the entity's board of directors.
Óscar López, a representative of PSOE in Madrid, stated that they will request the judiciary to initiate an investigation into this operation, which, according to the socialists, lacks proper justification. This announcement of legal action was made on Friday, as the socialists believe there is sufficient basis for the complaint.
Until April, Planifica Madrid maintained a detailed record of its activities, including events and meetings, but since then no acts have been documented. This has raised further suspicions regarding the company's management and its recent acquisition.

The complaint includes a request for an investigation into the documentation related to the apartment purchase, which could shed light on the decisions made by Planifica Madrid. López has described the situation as a 'colossal mess', thus calling for greater transparency.
The Prosecutor's Office for Economic Crimes will be responsible for evaluating the complaint filed by PSOE and determining whether irregularities occurred in the real estate transaction.
