PSOE denounces Ayuso's penthouse purchase and announces legal action

Óscar López, a representative of PSOE, has filed a complaint with the judiciary regarding the purchase of a luxury penthouse by the government of Isabel Díaz Ayuso for more than six million euros. According to López, this acquisition needs to be clarified, and he asserts that those involved will regret this purchase.
In response to this complaint, Ayuso expressed her dissatisfaction and stated that she does not work for her opponents. The situation has created a tense atmosphere between PSOE and the regional government.
At the same time, Ayuso's government has awarded the renovation of the Real Casa de Correos, the government headquarters, which justifies the purchase of the penthouse. The renovation is estimated to cost around 1.65 million euros, and the recently processed contract for the project design amounts to nearly 60,000 euros.
