Sebastião Bugalho, vice-president of the PSD, criticized the motion of censure presented by the Chega party against the Government, stating that it represents a "pre-announced parliamentary defeat" for this political formation.

In his remarks, Bugalho predicted that the motion would be rejected, emphasizing the lack of clarity regarding the reasons that led to its presentation.

Furthermore, the Government is being pressured by the Ministry of Labour, which demands guarantees that all the goals of the PRR (Recovery and Resilience Plan) have been adequately fulfilled.

The spokesperson for the PSD, in an interview with RTP, questioned what remains for Luís Neves to address regarding the justifications for the motion of censure.

With these statements, Bugalho positions himself against Chega's strategy, as the Government seeks to ensure that it is meeting its commitments.
