Competition Authority approves FXRS Motor's acquisition of FBO Motors Sports

The Competition Authority (AdC) announced that it does not oppose the acquisition of FBO Motors Sports by FXRS Motor. According to the entity, the notified concentration operation is not expected to create significant obstacles to effective competition in the national market.
