Datafolha will announce a new survey on the presidential election this Thursday, September 3. The release of the data is scheduled for 2:31 PM, according to information from the newspaper Folha de S.Paulo.

On the other hand, Quaest released results on Wednesday, September 2, showing voting intentions for the election. This survey was commissioned by Globo and the newspaper O Globo and included two first-round scenarios: one with 12 candidates and another with 13, with Pablo Marçal (PRTB) mentioned among them, despite being ineligible until 2032.

In the first-round scenario of the Quaest survey, Lula appears with 37% of voting intentions, followed by Flávio Bolsonaro with 29%. Other candidates have lower figures, such as Augusto Cury with 10%, Renan Santos with 3%, and both Ronaldo Caiado and Romeu Zema, each with 1% of intentions. Samara also recorded 1%.

Additionally, the Quaest survey highlights the possibility of a second round between Lula and Flávio Bolsonaro, where the gap between the two has narrowed from eight to one point in the last two months, with Lula obtaining 42% and Bolsonaro 41%.

The crisis in the Supreme Federal Court (STF) has been identified as a factor that could impact Lula's image in this context. The survey suggests that this turbulent environment could influence voting intentions and the electorate's perception of the president.

Both surveys reveal a dynamic and fluid landscape in the presidential race, reflecting the current political tensions and the challenges candidates face on the road to the election.
