Datafolha polls show candidates leading in various states
Several candidates are leading in voting intentions for the 2026 elections, according to the latest Datafolha polls released on Thursday.

The Datafolha poll released on Thursday (1st) reveals that Governor Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicanos) is leading the race for the Government of São Paulo, with 56% of valid votes compared to 37% for Fernando Haddad (PT).
In Rio de Janeiro, Eduardo Paes (PSD) leads the voting intentions with 47% of valid votes, according to the same Datafolha poll.
In the Federal District, Celina Leão (PP) shows 53% of valid votes, surpassing Leandro Grass (PT), who has 26%, as indicated by the poll published today.

In Minas Gerais, Senator Cleitinho Azevedo (Republicanos) reached 49% of valid votes, leading the race against Patrus Ananias (PT), who holds 20%, as shown by the survey.
Additionally, the presidential race is also in focus, with Lula (PT) garnering 45% of the valid voting intentions, while Flávio Bolsonaro (PL) closely follows with 40%, according to Datafolha's data.
