Datafolha released a new round of polling on voting intentions for the 2026 presidential elections this Saturday, the 3rd. The survey was commissioned by Globo and the newspaper 'Folha de S.Paulo'.

According to the results of the poll, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva from the PT and Flávio Bolsonaro from the PL appear to be technically tied in different scenarios released throughout the week. While in some surveys Lula leads, in others the conclusion reached is a tie.

The margin of error for the poll is two percentage points, plus or minus, with a confidence level of 95%. This means that the presented numbers may vary slightly but largely reflect the current situation of the presidential race.

In addition to the race between Lula and Flávio Bolsonaro, the poll also addresses voting intentions for state governments, including the states of São Paulo, Minas Gerais, and Rio de Janeiro, where electoral dynamics may influence the national race.

In state contests, Lula is noted as the leader in Minas Gerais according to the poll, while the Senate race in Minas Gerais has gained attention with new updates from the surveys. The recent data demonstrate the variety of candidacies and the complexity of the electoral landscape.

The release of the figures comes at a time when various polls have been reported, focusing on different candidates and their respective votes, highlighting the competitive dynamic characterizing the 2026 elections.
