The Mayor of Lisbon, Carlos Moedas, announced that the paving at Ribeira das Naus is a provisional solution. This intervention aims to prevent accidents in the area.
With an estimated cost of 250,000 euros, the measure is intended to ensure the safety of road users. Moedas specified that the intervention will be temporary.
The area will be closed to traffic to allow the work to be carried out. The Municipal Chamber initiated this measure in response to safety concerns in the area.
Details regarding the exact duration of the closures or the intervention have not yet been specified.
