A sightseeing boat caught fire off the coast of the Turkish resort town of Fethiye. According to the state news agency Anadolu, 115 people, including children and crew members, jumped into the sea wearing life jackets to reach safety. The coast guard later brought the rescued individuals to shore.
According to reports from Die Presse, one person was hospitalized. Additionally, nearby boats participated in the rescue operation to help retrieve people from the water.
